About Natalie
Hey! I taught special education for 5 years. It was here that I saw the power of technology and games. As I taught with worksheets and simple slides, my students were bored! They found each other's conversation much more interesting than their math activity. As I transition into teaching online, the need for engaging and interactive lessons continued and, if not, was needed more as we are trying to teach and connect through a screen! My students were distracted by their parents and siblings talking in the background, changing the setting in Zoom and I found myself constantly repeating myself.
I have found that the use of sites like Canva, Google Slides and Nearpod create engaging, interactive and FUN lessons, activities and games. It helps you stand out as an online teacher and WOW your students. My students are now fully engaged, participating, love coming to class and want to come back for more classes!
I aim to help teachers easily create engaging games and interactive lessons and reduce the tech headache and frustration and give you back hours of time from creating activities by trial and error by keeping it simple!
