Why trust me?

When I first started teaching online, I brought over everything I knew from the classroom—whiteboards, worksheets, and carefully planned lessons. But something was off. My students were distracted, disengaged, and just going through the motions.

Then I tried something different.

I introduced my first classroom board game. I didn’t change the content—just the structure. Suddenly, my students were laughing, competing, and fully locked in. They were excited about math. That one shift changed everything.

Now I help other online teachers do the same. As a Google Certified Educator, Nearpod Certified Coach, and EdTech-endorsed teacher, I’ve guided dozens of educators to gamify their lessons in ways that boost engagement, increase retention, and bring back the fun in teaching.

If you’ve ever felt like your lessons fall flat—or like you’re spending too much time prepping slides that don’t spark joy—this workshop is for you.-Natalie
